The bottle cap gasket inserting machine automatically sorts disordered bottle cap s and transports them to the gasket inserting station through mechanical transmission and positioning mechanisms,
realizing automatic gasket insertion.The working process of the machine is fully automated, avoiding manual contact with the cap s and gaskets, and the products are safe and hygienic with high productivity. It can be used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and other industries.

Our product features

The conveyor line consists of a feeding conveyor line, a cover detection line, and a turntable feeding in-place optical fiber. The conveyor line stamp detects whether there is a cover on the conveyor line. If there is no cover, wait for the cover to be in place. If the set time is exceeded, the machine will stop.
The turntable feeding position optical fiber detects whether the cover has entered the turntable.
If the cover is not in place, the main machine will not move.
The upper gasket mechanism consists of a gasket suction machine base, a gasket suction head, a vacuum air pipe, and a gasket cylinder.
The gasket-pressing mechanism consists of a gasket-pressing seat and a pressure head. The gasket is pressed into place with a cylinder and a pressure head.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and has an alarm function for no bottle cap or no cover gasket.
The main frame adopts a stainless steel main frame to support customization: provide a variety of customized services (input upgrade configuration, upgrade production capacity, and adjust equipment parameters according to product size).

1.Corveyor  cap inspecion
The optical fiber at the turntable feeding position detects whether the bottle cap has entered the  detects whether the bottle cap has entered the turntable, if the cap is not in place, the host will operate.                  
 

 

2. Suction gasket structure
It consists of a suction pad base,a suction pad head, a vacuum tube and a gasket cylinder.
 

 

 

3. Gasket pressing mechanism
The pressure pad consists of a pressure pad seat and pressure head. The cylinder used the pressure head to press the gasket into place. 
 

 

4. Electricalsystem
The  whole  machine  adopts  PLC  control  and  has  the function of alarming when there is no bottle cap or  no cap pad
